I bought Halo 5 and there's some missing contains.

I don’t know why is this happening but, it never happened that much in the previous games. I bought this game and I’ve waited more than 4 hours before playing in Arena and I am still banned. Why is that happening? The game itself never mention this kind of things, if I buy something, its for the full contains. If I am still ban after the next 3 hours, I will report 343 for stealing money buy selling half of their games without warnings.

I’m sorry, what? You need to be more clear. Are you saying ended up being banned in multiplayer? Because that’s all on you.

A quick look at your game history shows a bunch of DNF’s in arena. You are getting banned for excessive quitting.

“Matchmaking penalties apply.” Says it right in the playlist descriptions.

Buying something doesn’t make you exempt from the rules. I can buy a baseball ticket, doesn’t mean I can just freely stroll onto the field as I see fit.
