I recently bought a halo reach pack and got Juns Armour and the Nobel helmet, the game crashed I dont have anything and lost my points which took me a very long time to save for. I would love some help i already tried restarting and contacting xbox support I was told by them a mod could help me through here.
Are the contents of the pack safe and sound and in your possession? You can check your stuff on Waypoint for extra insurance.
Go to customization and look at your helmets, scroll all the way to the end, because your collection is assorted in first obtained -> most recent.
If there is a Noble team’s armor congratulations, if not, do the same for your armor.
I would say if you already have everything then you probably just got phaeton helios and weapons, but seeing your SR36 you probs dont have them. Check your collection!
You said you restarted. Was this a normal reset (off/on) or a true reset (factory default)?
You might also try a hard reset (unplug, count to 30, plug back in). This has fixed my HW2 glitches in the past. Might work for H5G.
Double check near the back, too. The way the armor system is set up makes it so you don’t see the armor in ABC order, but unlock order.
Waypoint also has armor customization, you can check there.
Hard reset and the stuff should be in your inventory. Hold the power button down till the Xbox shuts off, unplug the power cord for a few seconds for good measure, and restart the console.

Check your req inventory on waypoint. Go to H5 service record, reqs, armours etc… you get the idea.
