Ok I bought a gold req pack after playing the game for hours and I finally had enough I decide to buy it takes my money and I go to open packs and its not there do I get a refund of some sort???

Were you in a lobby in a party and the leader exited to the main menu? If they did without warning it interrupts the pack’s opening and cancels the showcasing of the goodies you’ve unlocked. If that didn’t happen then I don’t know what to tell you but, you can check your collection for anything that might seem new or have more of (this is especially easy to tell when you try to keep REQs at a certain number, like you only want ten ghosts at a time and suddenly you have twelve)
