With the state of halo 4 matchmaking and bungies destiny due to come out not to far in the distance I bet bungie are playing halo 4 and laughing

Maybe the Bungie employees just enjoy Halo 4 like many of us? I mean, there are obviously some who don’t, but it’s not like all of Bungie are required to think the same way about the game.

and many may, but i never said this is a fact it is my opinion. i rather watch pain dry then have to play reach again, it was pure garbage and bungie killed there own franchise with it. people blame 343i for killing halo, halo was dead when reach came out. now that 4 is out halo is coming back and i love this game, almost a 130 myself and will continue to play after. haters will hate but this is all my opinion

Actually, they’re probably too busy working on their new game to even care.
Reach wasn’t meant to be a great game. It was a way for Bungie to finish their contract of 5 games. The game was full of gameplay prototypes that they were using to see how people would react.

Nope, the population figures are crushingly low. Off-peak population is now less than 10k, which is shocking.
I heard that if 343 were to change any Halo canon pre-established by Bungie, they would have to give Halo back. But, that will probably never happen.
And actually, I read a comment from Bungie somewhere. They said they like the game, but think that it has many unneeded elemants from CoD.

i believe me i did, you must have never played halo 3. because if you think reach was good then you must have started halo with reach not CE

I know its hard to shake off feelings about Reach… but honestly, fire up Reach and jump into a game of Slayer or Big Team. Just for one game, it won’t take long, and then think about the game you had and the last H4 game you had.
For me personally H4 is a safe boring unremarkable game that leaves no impression on me, Reach is a game that is more exciting and interesting with moments where I want to scream and moments where I want to woop with joy. Reach has issues sure, but it also actually leaves an impression.
Give Reach a shot.

If that’s what they said then it sums up exactly why I <3 bungie , they don’t make games like every other generic FPS they made halo stick out

I started playing Halo over a decade ago with Halo 1 and have spent hundreds, if not thousands of hours with it. I enjoyed Halo Reach as much as any other Halo game, despite its flaws.

i gave reach many shots and if i wanted to go back to a older halo, halo 3 would be my choice! great gameplay and a great ranking system IMO
So, most 343’s employees are laughing at themselves? I can dig that.
