Right now, I am Gold 1 after having finished my placement matches in both slayer and team arena, however my friend is Plat 1 in both.

Slayer - 7.8 KDA , 63.6 Win/Loss Ratio out of 11 games
Team Arena - 5.1 KDA 70% Win/Loss Ratio out of 10 games

Friend X ~
Slayer - 6.3 KDA 58.9 Win/Loss Ratio out of 17 games
Team Arena - 4.1 KDA 40% Win/Loss Ratio out of 10 games

Any thoughts, explanations?

You see, it’s hard to judge, because it bases it on your first 10 games, and a mixture of how you play and wins, but once your promotional games are over, its all about wins, so. In a way you’re right as you may have had less wins but played better, but, if he had more wins I’m afraid thats the way it is

Thing is, for team arena he won 4 out of 10 games for placement while I won 7 out of 10. How does he get a rank higher than me while playing consistently worse than me?
