After reading the OHI bulletin I can tell that 343 has pushed halo beyond peoples expectations, this game is gonna be a whole new beast and force to be reckoned with in the gaming industry, I believe this is gonna be the best halo yet, 343 is gonna blow our minds soon, Please hurry halo 4!!

It has nothing to do with 343 and everything to do with Bungie. They’ve disappointed so many players with Reach that our expectations are practically on the floor for the next game. It’ll be extremely difficult for 343 to disappoint with such expectations.
Yeah something about that bulletin sparked the thought of just how amazing halo 4 will be. That it just might make what I think halo 4 would become to be nothing but simplicity. It’s much more in depth than I thought and it will consume us all into one gravemind of passion for halo 4.

So did Reach. I don’t want to sound like a downer, but don’t get your hopes up. After Reach being such a big disappointment, I have promised myself not to get to excited for a game, or judge it, until I get my own copy and play it myself.

Personally I think that 343 got this cause they want to make Halo. Bungie Obviously wanted to stop with Halo 3/ODST

For the first time ever, I’m skeptical about a Halo game. I never thought a Halo game could be as bad as Reach was pre-TU. So at this point…It can’t get much worse.

Good stuff, new to the forums (2nd post), I agree with most of you. I’ve always thought Bungie was too afraid to take off the training wheels. I couldn’t help thinking while playing Halo 3 and Reach how good it would be to take the game I grew up with to the next level. I’m glad to see that finally happening.
