Halo Reach is 100% coming to Xbox One as well as coming to PC, both were announced at the same time. I’ve provided information below that comes directly from 343 and can be found in their announcement blogs that have been posted here on Halo Waypoint. Halo Waypoint is the primary source for 343 to release news on their products. Anything posted on their socials channels, like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, will undoubtedly point back to this website. I belive this information has also been shown in the melds of MCC and Halo 5 at some point after being announced.
I have highlighted, where relevant, the sections where they specifially mention Reach on Xbox. Having provided most of this inforamtion to you via PM on numerous occassions now, I trust we won’t have to do this again.

Xbox Game Pass subscribers will have access to the entirety of Halo: Reach within MCC as part of their subscription.
