I beat the S2 battle pass today

Didn’t use any level ups or tier skips. Pretty insane how quickly you can do it with double xp and swaps. I played about 3-5 hours a week.

What are you guys at?

completed, no boosts just challenges.
Now we have 4.5 months of nothing

With what little content we get in the pass do you really want it to take longer to grind out what we most likely just paid for?

I used a couple of double xp’s but then thought well, why? iv’e stopped using them now as will progress through anyway, already on 89 which kinda sucks as gonna have months of progressing towards nothing, hopefully 343 can bring in another progression system asap, I know they working on something, kinda hoping it will drop in during season 2

I am almost 92.

I’ve been using a boost for the first hour every time I play because I figure, why not? And I stacked my challenges so I’d earn them during the boost. I pretty much get one back from levelling up each day, and I’ll get 20 more through perks.

I’ve got all of the weeklies except for the second one - whatever it was - I couldn’t do another week of LSS.

Drawing it out wasn’t going to make me want to play more.

Finished it last night. I used xp boosts.
Really wish we had a progression rank system outside of ranked matches and battlepass.
Would make the game alot more enjoyable.
And post and pregame lobbies, so we actually can make friends while playing Halo.
S3 reaally needs to implement these features.
If not, this game will be dead soon I think.

  1. Lol.

Haven’t been playing much cuz life is busy. Even still, y’all did that to yourselves. Now you’ll have to play for the fun of it. Sad.

Seems about the time when people are going to have completely chewed through the s2 progression systems.

in the next week or 2 were going to see the content exodus again,
Player number gonna drop, and were not even a Quarter of the way through S2.

I’m sorry but 343i have literally no idea what they are doing.

I gotta ask which system do all of you prefer? Halo MCC? REACH? Halo 5 including Spartan companies and general gameplay unlocks (headshots and etc)? Halo 3 being achievement based also?

Reach was my favourite overall.

Though I am also very driven by achievements.

I love reach’s as well as The Spartan companies Achilles type challenges, I feel like that actually brought teams together

I’m about tier 42 right now but i actively don’t do any challenges.

are you crazy? people playing a game for fun and not for unlocking useless cosmetics? now that’s the most ridiculous concept i’ve ever heard… at least that’s what some non-gamers might think, seeing all the threads just about unlocks and cosmetics. i really wonder what happend to the part of “game” in the word gaming.
but maybe thats a sign, that the game is really bad, when people just play for unlocks.

@ topic… i think i’m at 2 or so, bc i can’t really be bothered to play this MT focused game

100 - took me 2,5 weeks to go through it. I did use XP boosts (didn’t buy any, but due to them handing them out like candy (game pass, give aways due to bugs in the game, battle pass itself) I’m pretty sure that I have more boosts now, then when I started the BP.

When you have boosts active during the weeklies you really fly through the thing.

Same. I have GamePass so I had like 27XP boosts built up after finishing the S1 battlepass

Im about 75% of the way through

I realize now how ugly the Rakashka armor is. Why did I buy this again?

The only redeeming aspects are the Armor FX

Nice…. 32. I keep forgetting to use my 1 boost you get with the season pass.

I’ve noted this on several other forum posts but because of the way the cores are set up with so many different inputs, a 100 tier battle pass is not nearly enough content to create a satisfying customization experience for any Spartan in this game. with inputs for chest pieces individual shoulder pads kneepads wrist attachments etc. etc. you would need way more than 100 tears to make anyone cores customization feel complete. I think that’s the problem with the core system in general. Too little content spread across too many inputs and cores themselves

I feel like given the state of things, them unexpectedly giving us cool stuff like new progression is very unlikely. They’re in such a deep hole PR wise, I’m sure they’d give us any good news they could.

eh somewhere in the 60s, I haven’t been playing much but the battle pass is easy to minmax yeah, lmao.
