From the FAQ:
I beat the Campaign on Legendary but didn’t unlock the Mark VI armor or commendations.
Complete any Campaign missions for which you are missing the Legendary commendation again.
What?!? Again?? Why? I don’t want to do it again! I’m not very good so doing it once was hard enough. I did it. My Xbox Live account shows it. Why can’t you just fix it?

You’ve got to complete the ENTIRE mission on LIVE. If you already did, then I can’t help you anymore. Also, you already have another thread on this. Please, please, please do NOT make multiple threads of the SAME EXACT thing. It’s a waste of forum space, and against the rules. Someone should lock this thread, since your other one has more posts in it.
I’m not really sure if this is true because it’s just a rumor, but I heard that you can’t unlock the Mark VI armor anymore. Can anyone validate/invalidate this?

Not true at all, got it the other day.
OT: Sorry OP but that is the only solution since the armour unlock is tied to the commendation. Sucks I know but it can’t be helped…
Did you complete them all while connected to Xbox live? It goes based on commendations.

I just checked your stats, Texas. It says you don’t have level 7 or 8 completed on Legendary.

Holy sh*t it’s true.
Check my account. I have completed 8/8 missions on legendary but I don’t have the commendations. Is there anyway at all I can get the armor without having to go through the campaign on legendary again?

I logged into Xbox Live (like always) and played the campaign all the way thru until I saw the Master Chief’s eyes.

Check my Xbox Live Halo4 achievements; I have both The Legend of 117 and the Lone Wolf Legend achievements. I logged into Xbox Live and completed the campaign all the way thru on legendary difficulty with no restarts.
