i can’t believe I’m saying this, but thank you, 343, for finally making BTB right again.
When BTB launched for Halo 5, it was a complete disaster. The maps were atrocious, the spawn-killing was real, and the sniping and long-range combat was infuriating. But now, it seems BTB is back to what it should be.
The new and resesigned maps make all of the difference.
Locations of strongholds were moved to more appropriate areas.
Implemented legendary weapons into the maps so everyone can get their hands on them.
Gameplay finally feels balanced between long-range and close-range combat.
Grpahical improvements are definitely noticeable. Good job on that.
Overall, the whole new redesigned mode is spectacular. Thanks for fixing it, BTB is one of my most beloved playlists.

Firefighters and game developers are two very different things, Firefighters save lives and its a very dangerous job, in fact my cousin is a firefighter and he’d be insulted if he knew you made this comparison. I shouldn’t even have to continue this, but… Its 343s job to fix their game, we shouldn’t thank them for much really. They drip feed content and focus more on reqs than quality content, if that doesn’t tell you where their priorities are I don’t know what will.

Oh but they did have to coordinate with the Forge community, 343 has to listen now more than ever, they keep losing players and they’re trying to get them back. They only way they’ll get players back is by doing what they want, to a degree and its these little things that make people forget about all the bad they’ve done and continue to do. Of course that’s only opinion based but it’s a fairly common opinion and that’s just on the forums, not to mention the people that have that opinion thet don’t even come to the forums).

Ok not true. No one knows this or that. We can only strongly assume. Unless someone was to personally go and take a survey of every single person that has played and is playing, and they told the truth and gave a full personal description will we finally have an idea. Then someone needs to go through all that. yada yada yada.
Point is everythings an opinion, people express differently. This generalized opinions dont help and create unnecessary strife.

So we have lower our standsrds because other games don’t fix their game? No. The way other games handle this is none of our bussiness, we don’t care. What we do care about is how 343i handles Halo. And be critical about it. If they’re praised for cleaning up their own mess they’ll onky get lazier and lazier.
Recurve went from my least favourite to my favourite map in that play list just because it lets me play with the CE Magnum which is extremely rare in Warzone. Just staying there in capture the flag defending that part of the map with a mini-sniper is so much fun. Really do like these changes.
I’m just happy we have Valhalla back! There’s a couple of important changes they still need to make to perfect the experience however, notably changing starts to Magnum/AR.

But in this case the firefighters started the fire, the police started the crime and the military started the war.

We may not have an exact number, but based off other games (Battlefront mostly), we can get a rough idea of what the population is and its fairly low for a Halo game. There is a reason 343 won’t put a population counter in H5, hell they even took it out of H4 because people kept pointing out the low population.
