I am unable to log into Arena multi play in Slayer or FFA on Halo 5. My reputation is good, so I have not been banned and it is not saying I have been banned.
The strange thing is all other family members are able to log into the same xbox and internet connection and are able to log into Halo 5 multiplayer games with no problem, yet whenever I try it says “UNABLE TO MATCH”.
I spoke to live xbox chat and they suggested I make a post here and that one of the Halo staff would look into the issue.
