I am sick of all these changes.

MLG is adding Reach back into the circuit from all these “changes”. This signifies a good omen. Well, at least to me it does.

I just want to play the game i bought on Tuesday 14 September of 2010 but can’t seem to.

The game itself really wasn’t that bad. It was pretty good actually. Granted, Reach still has a lot of problems that haven’t and probably won’t be addressed. The blame should fall mostly on the community for not being grateful on what’s been given. The game has been out for over a year now. Why can’t people get this. All the complaints I have read sound like the game was just released yesterday. Honestly, right now we have a Halo game to play, let’s be grateful for that. We have 10 months, give or take, until Halo 4 is released. We just need to make Reach last that long. There will probably not be that many more updates to it, and if there are, they will be small.

I’m sick of these threads.

Okay

> I’m sick of these threads.

> Honestly TU sucks, and no bloom sucks, and everything that the masses agreed upon sucks, why don’t you stop listening to people and make your own decisions, if halo 4 is everything that the noob population decides it to be why even get it, for what reason would I want to play a multi player game online that shaped by 12 year olds who come here and complain all day that this is to hard or that hiding spot needs to be removed because i cant figure our how to get there so it needs to be removed for all who can, just saying make the game how you see it fit not based on what 12 year old kids who shouldn’t be playing this game anyway want, why halo 2 and 3 were great? because they weren’t updated and changed every month to keep the noob population happy, they were basically kept the same since their release dates

I demand this be edited for flaming. He is calling everyone that is for TU a “noob 12 year old”.

If me telling someone to go away is considered flaming, this better be.

Halo 2 and halo 3 had title update patches for the record. And the changes are great and make the game less noobish ask ANY competitive halo player. 343 is doing a great job and it gives me hope for halo 4

This.

If you think that a user is flaming or trolling, then please report them and do not engage them, and a Monitor will get around to handling it.

Side note: he’s also slinging the same insult at Infection fans. It’s subtle, but it’s there.

This.
And deal with it.

I want to play a fun halo game not a frustrating broken one like the one we bought on Sept 14 2010

Adapt.

The game was bad on Sept 14th 2010. Right now, the game is at alright status.

If you can’t accept the changes you should go play something else.

> I’m sick of these threads.

I’m sick of people saying this.

I hate TU. I had gotten used to Reach’ style of gameplay, and now I have to adapt, again. No complaints, but this is the third time I’ve had to change my game style for Reach. Quit making huge changes, and make the game better.

Well, coming from someone who has played competitive Halo since 2002, everything about the TU was an improvement.

I feel that change is good, BUT the changes being implemented are killing Reach. To make the entire Halo Community happy there is only one solution.

Create 4 main playlists:
Halo:CE/Anniversary
Halo 2
Halo 3
Halo:Reach

Within each of these 4 playlists, there are multiple playlists (swat, slayer, etc.) within containing the necessary changes.

Ex 1: Everything Vanilla, a super awesome overpowered pistol, moon jump, and w/o armor abilities would fall under Halo CE playlist
Ex 2: The Halo 2 playlist would have dual wielding weapons
Ex 3: No bloom and no armor abilities would he in the Halo 3 playlist
Ex 4: Reach would have to be reset to it’s Beta settings, because that’s when Reach was Awesome and fun to play

> why don’t you stop listening to people and make your own decisions

I honestly don’t know what to say to this

> If you can’t accept the changes you should go play something else.

You could have taken your own advice a year and a half ago. But no, you stuck around and whinged. OP has every right too as well.

> it fit not based on what 12 year old kids who shouldn’t be playing this game anyway want

There seems to be a logical fallacy pervasive on FPS message boards that if someone disagrees with you on a game play mechanic, they’re a 12 year old. I’m not a 12 year old and I can say I am glad changes were made. The changes made aren’t a results of the Halo noobs. They’re from us. Almost every change seen in the title update has come from complaints with Reach that have been around since release. What I really don’t understand is people who didn’t want these changes. Nearly every imaginable flavor of Reach is available now. If you don’t like a certain gametype, don’t play in that playlist.

Someone defending Reach, and you’re solution is to report them, yes he may have worded it a bit harsh but his point is still valid, you two only want it removed because it doesn’t represent you’re own opinions. I stand by what he has said. I’m sick of the TU lobbyists who ruined reach. I will fight against 343’s ignorance, not blindly stand by and take this.
