I love Halo. Have since CE and LAN partys with my mates. And I have been enjoying halo 4 even though i did not receive my spec code but it was cool I thought I would get a promo one or MS would help. No one is and I am too slow at typing due to eyesight problems and dyspraxia to gain a forum one. I am on lvl49 but won’t proceed till I have one because I have severe OCD and get worked up about things easily. This is the hardest time of year for me due to health issues and personal problems and my way of coping is gaming with my buddies. This my sound pathetic to you and maybe I am and I am not trying for sympathy but this is ruining my holidays I have nothing to do anymore after a stressful day. 343i this is a horrible thing you have done to your fan base and the whole of those outside the US.
Until you get to level 70, not having the Spec codes won’t do anything except limit your selection of stuff.
I know this please read my post again I have OCD really badly I cannot progress because I cannot just from limited options even though I own the LE
Ah, I see. I’m pretty sure I heard everyone would get the rest of the Specs sometime early next year, but I’m not too sure, so someone else would need to confirm this.
But wait, your Limited Edition didn’t come with it? Weird.
Nope it was an invalid code. Yeah this whole blocking content crap sucks. And 343i say they won’t be realeased all at one which is pretty crappy.
And th best thing about this is that My store would not give me a new code because they just thought I was pulling some trick on them and MS support won’t get back to me.
The LE should have come with the Infinity Kit code when you bought it, The invalid code may well just be a mistype. If you still have it, you should try it again.
I know how you feel, though. I have the LE and can’t access my extra specs for some reason also, however I’ve submitted my code and can re-download the pack at leisure, it fixes nothing.
I really am disappointed about this, and a fair few other things with the handling of matters by 343i. I keep reading that things will be mended “soon”, but every time I hear the word “soon” it starts sounding like solutions have been pushed back farther and farther with each rendition of the word.
I hope that “soon” doesn’t actually mean “later” or even “never” in 343i terms.
Sadly not a typo tried endlessly retyping it. But yes I agree with you I don’t understand why 343i is doing this, not to sound like one of those guys but I miss how close and helpful bungies support were and how they were with the fans.
Does 343i read the forums? Just curious I have seen the odd mod, but they never actually engage in the support threads or anything. I am getting nowhere fast. I would buy another mp game for me to play with my bros but I don’t have the cash and am not too keen on COD.
Well, I would normally suggest just waiting until your lvl 70 or close before you start worrying but your case is different. You bought the LE version and got a invalid code, technically the place where you bought the game has to give you a new code, give you a new game, or refund you. You are getting ripped off man, and I would really like to help you but I can’t do anything. 
Although if you were unable to put in your LE code, then technically you should have gotten the Spec codes in email or on Xbox Live messager (note: you can only see this message on the Xbox itself, it’s weird). Check there until you get your LE code in.

I live in the eu sadly so I won’t get a mail code and my store manager of my local Store won’t give me a new code. This sucks. thanks though. And xxdmr… Stop being a drama queen.

Im not “trolling”. I paid 60 dollars for this product and 25 for the season pass. I have a right to “troll” or as a normal human being would say, state my own opinion. Halo CEA was better than halo 4.
That’s fair enough it’s just well half the people who post here are really stuck up about 343i and don’t get me wrong I am really upset about this. But the quality of the game is fine for me it’s just the customer support is a load if -Yoink-.

Ouch, I live in the US so I’m even less help now. But isn’t the manager suppose to help you if you have a defective product? (That’s the best way to put it I’ve found) don’t lose hope through! You may want someone to help you call Microsoft, even through their customer care is notorietsly poor someone there may be able to help you.

I would give you my code but its expired. Im sorry if I hacked your thread, but I am very butthurt about this game. For 5 years i waited, I expected so much, mayb too much…
No worries man its cool we have all done it. I am just upset I did not get what I paid for.
If you bought the LE and got an invalid code you have two options;
1.) Return to the store you bought it from and demand a replacement. They sold the package with missing content, so they have a responsibility to replace it.
2.) Contact MS support at the XBOX forums, do not take no for an answer, and dont let them fob you off by saying go elsewhere for support.
I tried both of these things and I have a hard time typing and wording things in real life as I have problems. Not forceful enough and the store won’t help me
