I am not able to sign in to xbox live well it says i am but i have no friends. i know this is not true as when my wife singes in all my friends are there. When i log on to xbox.com it says this

i can then go on to see my messeges but i cant send any???

help please

Giant text wtf?
Anyways, try signing in to bnet first, check remember my email + password, then try Xbox.com again.
That’s my guess as to a solution.
