Do you have a gold subscription for xbox live?
Restart your console or internet connection. That usually does the trick.
I have had this issue since June 9th the day E3 started myself, and I can not seem to get any help on a solution either as any of the supposed solutions online have not worked at all. I also contacted my network about the issue and they have said it is not on my end which seems to be the case as I can play any other games with no issues at all.
Do you have Xbox live gold or are you banned?
I too have been experiencing this issue but not just recently; for months now.
I have Xbox Live Gold.
I have restarted my connection, but it doesn’t solve it.
All other games on my Xbox 1 works fine online.
I’ve reinstalled the game several times, and it hasn’t worked.
I’ve checked Xbox Enforcement and haven’t been banned.
I don’t know what’s going on nor why, I’m just trying to play the game with some friends. This has made me just outright stopped playing the game because no solution anywhere seems to work. Ever.
