I am missing the Mark IV

i dont have the Mark IV GEN1 I was in halo 5 on the time frame to receive the armour I have been hoping this would fix for so long now im sick of it.
I need someone to help me with this situation please.

Mark IV GEN1 armor can be unlocked through opening regular old Gold packs.

The Mark IV is the same thing what Red Team wears. And yes, you can get it through Gold packs.
