So I was on my second qualifying match and after the match the game never regesterd. I am also a level 147 and got reset to level 1. All my stats are gonna I can’t see my acct on wawaypoint. Wtf is going on. U better fix this 343.
its a sync issue, it should come back if you restart the game or reset your xbox.
server issue, give it an hour or so and your level and stats will be back.

Ok thats good because it you did lose your account level your emblems are proof that you at least hit x level so 343i can give you back the level if it does come to that. I’d screenshot it now to be safe best do any of these if you have them Kindred, Cognate, Slumber, Awake, Sentient, Warden, Guardian, and Mantle.
This isnhappening to me too. Not only is everyone showing up as level 1 but all the games that I am playing in arena are not counting to my qualifying matches. Everyone has all white emblems. When trying to get a full fireteam in warzone I can’t see some people’s gamertag and our whole team cant use our reqs. This needs some attention and fast.
That has happened to me before, its usually a profile sync error. Resetting the game doesn’t always do the trick but it usually should. Otherwise I would reset your xbox and start up the game, everything should load normally. Has happened to me many time and after the initial panic, and slight heart attack, resetting should do the trick.
Do you still have all your reqs, can you still play matches, and are you getting xp from those matches?
Welcome to Halo 5, new player! If you’re looking for a crazy mess of power weapons and explosions, head over to warzone. The multiplayer is great and hopefully it’ll grow on you as you play more 
Most likely your connection. If mine goes out, it does that a lot. It could be Halo 5 being funky with the syncing of your data also.
This same thing is happening to me!!! FINALLY I FOUND THE FORUM THT TELLS ME IM NOT ALONE! Has anyone figured out the fix here? I’m almost done re installing my game completely. We will see how that goes

It’s best if you encounter this error just to restart your Halo 5. I normally restart mine and SOMETIMES it fixes itself, give/take my net.
as a sr 147 u should know that this isn’t permanent and everyone has to deal with it

exact same problem here. tried all resetting etc etc and still hasn’t sorted it. can’t get on acct here either. don’t know where to get support? I’m only level 73 or something so not such a big drop though !
