so recruiting: I’d say a good way is to start with close friends and move to rondos preferably efficient shooters, I I have some maps i made perfect for VSing each other to build off of each other’s skills and work our way to reclaimer
I think clan leader should be who is on most frequently, how much time do you spend gaming usally?
Also I need a sec to get a picture of my ideal ranking system

Ranking will have few ranks due to lack of a group for now so we’re doing normal system but simplifying it along with some general guidelines
RECRUIT:
PRIVATE:
SARGENT: forms squads consisting of recruits and privates
CAPTAIN: takes orders from general and commander, directly commands lower ranks
COMMANDER: co-leader, is able to command lower ranks with general’s confermation
GENERAL: leader, is able to give orders to anyone with out question, is able to execute as seen fit sets up games and activities along side commander, WILL CRITIQUE SQUADS WITH COMMANDER AND CAPTAIN AFTER AND DURING TRANING SESSIONS
