I will be attending PAX next week, and you bet your left buttcheek I will be playing Halo 4 at least once during my time there. Since I know so many are desperate for some hands-on questions to be answered, I’d like to open the floor up to you guys.
Basically, submit some questions and you’ll get some answers. I’ll filter through the questions, find the good ones, and make a list. Once I’m there, I will review the list prior to playing, then answer as many as I can remember to.
I will also pick out ONE thing to actually test in the game. Only one because I want to play the game, not sit there testing things over and over =P.

Do armor mods/tacpacks have a large or small impact on gameplay?
Does it feel more like Halo 3 or Halo Reach?
Does 5sk BR feel slow? Compared to DMR?
Grenades other than Frag, Stick, EMP?
Any more Brute weapons?
Has Promethean Vision Changed? (I’ll be paying super close attention to this one)
(I’m getting a lot of questions about any new abilities, so…) Are there any new abilities they haven’t talked about yet?
Opinion on the Pistol.
Jetpack?
Any noticeable countdown to death barriers?
How’s the strafe?
Fall damage?
How does the camo AA work?
General weapon balance.
Is the pistol really a fast-draw or is it barely noticeable?
Try new promethean weapons.
(If there’s Spartan Ops) AI intelligence, behavior, and exploitability.
Do the shadows cast by players and moving objects line up with shadows cast by hardcoded geometry?

Call me weird but I want to see more pictures of the characters. We haven’t seen many renders of them fully yet.

What style of Ranks we will be getting
I’d like to read about a detaile comparison to halo 3 vs. halo reach. Which does it feel more similar to and in what ways?
How about kill rates, i can read 5sk 3.2sec 1.42sec etc all day, but how does the kill speed feel. More like reach or 3, between the two, slower than either, faster than either?
Also, do the armor mods etc. feel like they take you very far from baseline gameplay, or does it all seem still like a good level playing field with slight play style enhancing tweaks. Ei.
I would like to know if any other brute weapons like the spiker, brutes shot, or mawler would be in besides just the Grav Hammer, or if we will see the return of brute vehicles like the chopper or prowler.
Do other Promethean weapons disintegrate or just the scattershot/power weapons?
Because I hope I will be able to turn a whole grunt squad into dust with a few well placed headshots using the Light Rifle. More info on any never before seen or used weapons would be great.
Is the Jetpack a multiplayer loadout ability and how does it compare to Reach’s Jetpack.
Are there any other AAs or tactical/support packages which throw up red flags as far as having great potential for abuse which will negatively impact the overall game?
And on a similar vein are any abilities (in the new build) seemingly pointless to use?
