I have never pre ordered a game before so im kinda confused i got on gamestop.com and pre-ordered it i did not sign in because i dont have an account i just bought it as guest after i clicked done does that mean i will get the game on November 6th i am really confused do i have to tell them to ship it or what give me as much info as you can. soory if this is kinda annoying
Sorry OP, but i cant help you because i am confused about this as well. I pre ordered the limited edition a couple months back, and i am wondering if i need to be there at the midnight launch or not. What im asking is, will game stop save my copy for me, or do i need to attend the midnight launch?
why didnt you just make an account first? if you would of done that you would of got n email with all the details. and then you could track you order and change things about it like site to store pick up and you shipping address.

Did you tell them to ship it to you or did you tell them you would pick it up in store? Do you still have the email that you got from Gamestop after you ordered the game? If you do, you can find the order on the website and it will tell you what’s up with it

im confusseled by your post im trying to help but you ordered it online right. they should of asked you for your email address and if you want in store pick up if it was still available or ship to home you had to click one of them. did you give them your home address?

If you pre-ordered online (and you gave all the Correct details) then it should get delivered automatically, and you should get an email when they send it.

Did you provide them with an email? Because they will send you an order receipt. Did you give them your shipping address?
Usually retailers will hold a game for you for up to 24 hours after the release date at store locations. If you gave them your address and specifically requested a home delivery then you needn’t worry at all.
Sounds like you ordered at store level, Oh Dear… Rock up to the store from any time from midnight to the next day’s closing hours of that store. You’ll need to pick it up yourself and take identification information like a student card or drivers license or something like that. Photo-copy your birth certificate if you have to(just don’t lose it and keep the damn original safe).
