I was playing normal halo guadians, I wanted to test its multiplayer but it took me out when looking for a server, and since then it has not even allowed me to enter the campaign, but it no longer lets me enter with my profile. creating another if I can, but not with the main one, my account is “Joahan41” The legend appears “error when authorizing this user with halo 5 services, he will not be able to access online modes”. but he won’t let me play or the campaign, could someone help me answer why? I don’t know if this is the correct section, due to the language. ps: Halo infinite I can play it without problems with my profile both campaign and multiplayer. If it’s disc there could be a problem with your disc. Might have to get a new one if so. If not then I’m not too sure.
The problem about the campaign reminds me of a problem i had that was exactly the same on a scrached secondhand halo reach disc.
But the message you’re quoting is clearly mentionning an issue about your account and the game, you should rather ask to microsoft support.
But another thing, might sound stupid but woth be said anyway : halo5 multiplayer isn’t a free to play like halo infinite’s one. So you’ll need at least an xbox live gold suscribtion if you want to play online.
