Hello. So I was looking to buy the Classic Helmet REQ pack in the Xbox One store and assumed you installed it the same way you would install the Announcer Pack and HWC Pack. I was waiting for the download to start when I bought it the first time, nothing happened so I tried again and bought it the second time without realizing it.
After waiting some more I checked my bank account and found out I was charged twice, I thought it was an error at first. At that point I realized you didn’t install them like some of the other REQ packs despite the Microsoft Store saying you install it Halo 5: Guardians - Classic Helmet REQ Pack | Xbox
Is there any possibility of a refund for the second REQ pack I didn’t intend to buy? Both of them aren’t opened. Sure you can gift them but I would much rather get a refund.
EDIT: I contacted microsoft and got a refund so this post is resolved
