I deleted it from my messages on the message thingy on my xbox
You must have pressed A twice. Becoz when you open a message, press A again it will get deleted.

Theres no other way to retrieve it. Messaging system of Microsoft is server side. Once you delete a message it is permanently deleted. No temporary trash or anything in your xbox or server. People contacted xbox supprt and xbox said they cant do anything about it as it is your fault and like i said, they said there is no trash bin in your xbox. Sorry, guess your loss. 343i will never send it again as they sent it 3x already. Emails, Emails, then Xbox Message

Sounds like a personal problem. I’m honestly not even sure how you go about opening up your messages, hit down a few times, magically delete your message. Plausible but very unlikely. It’s your own fault.
