I’d be happy if 343 responded something like this:
Dear Community,
We regret working our 343,
We regret getting you excited for nothing,
And above all, We regret that we just our got ragity -Yoink- owned in game quality by Bungie!
Why on earth would you do that when you could simply sell your Xbox 360 and use the money to buy a PS3? I mean, that would probably be the better option if you wanted Halo 4 that much.

Insomniac isn’t making anymore ressistance games but Sony put a new company in charge of the series so there’s likely gonna be more of them.
This is a rather silly thread. The only way for something like that to happen if Mircosoft went the route of Sega and couldn’t afford to make consoles, but still wanted to make money though the Halo name so they multi-platform it.

Resistance is a terrible excuse for a PS3 flagship FPS, let alone title
OT: Since I have a PS3, there wouldn’t be much change. But if Halo 4 were to be PS3 exclusive, the whole series would have had to be also.
Then I obviously wouldn’t buy it, whilst being disappointed that the last exclusive franchise I’m interested in on the 360 has gone.
I’ll probably get the next Playstation anyway if Halo 4 turns out to be poor, what with the lack of good exclusives, the shutting down of original XBL and lack of rewards for long-term users of XBL. I’m getting a bit disillusioned with MS, in 2006 when I got my 360 I had Halo 3 (other than graphics, it wasn’t an improvement on Halo 2), Fable 2 (flop), Gears of War (very good experience but nothing special), and Mass Effect (my favourite series this gen, but Bioware games are now published by EA and multi-platform) to look forward to.
Now the only exclusive game is Halo 4. And considering how Halo 3 and Reach turned out I’m not expecting great things.
