I don’t think Locke has been in service long enough. And he most definitely wouldn’t get that title in his non Spartan years. So maybe a few years down the line he’ll end up becoming one.

I don’t think we’ve seen enough of Locke as a spartan to know if he has the potential to be hyper lethal.
The only other Spartan to be hyper-lethal was B312, you’re a literal one man army at that point. I’m not sure Locke quite fits that.
I think it would be more difficult for a Spartan IV imo. They’ve had least augmentations out of the Spartans and are as human as it gets. They have a lot better chance than ODSTs and below lol.

No. I’m saying that Locke will be pushed to his limits and will become stronger because of it. Maybe even capable of competing with the Chief.

The “Hyper-Lethal” cheese was mere advertising for Halo: Reach. All SPARTANS, particularly all SPARTAN-IIs, are “hyper lethal”.

Kelly is used more as bait by blue team due to her insane speed am not sure if she would have that Status.

I see this as fireteam Osiris as unit of ODST with Spartan augmentations good all around soldiers but lacking the Spartan mentality.
Hyper Lethal Vector is a designation given to UNSC soldiers that prove to have exceptional effectiveness in combat, they are the definition of “biological killing machines.” This designation is not given because of time of service, amount of kills, personality traits, or anything of the sort, only what was previously stated. With that being said, I dont know, Locke might get it, but we will honestly have to see that for ourselves first.

That is my Case in Point why are they Sending a Green team of Spartan VI’s after a team of Hyper Lethal Spartan II’s?
