This weeks Bulletin just released not too long ago and with it we got our first poll to vote on for the Beta.
This week we are given the option of the Hydra or Rocket Launcher. A link to the poll here.
So, which one did you choose and why?
Personally I chose the Rocket Launcher just because we’ve already seen more of the Hydra and gameplay with it, whereas we have barely seen the Rocket Launcher at all.
Hydra, because the rockets will play the same, and I have never used the hydra.
I’m torn on the new rockets look. Admittedly it looks very good but the old version was so iconic.
Hydra, it would be a missed opportunity to not try out a new weapon. We already know what the Rocket Launcher can do.
I agree, the old SPANKr rocket launcher was just so iconic and now it just looks… bland and 21st century modern. I voted for it anyway because its a classic weapon and I’ll love it regardless of how it looks.
I’m more interested in the new map in the background of the Rocket Launcher shot. I’m hoping that’s a forge map, looks like it could be.

Anyways, Hydra. We already know how the Rockets work.

Hydra. It’s a new weapon and needs to be tested. I’m sure they know how to balance a dang rocket launcher. But the Hydra? It can lock on to people, so we need to try it out to make sure it isn’t just way too OP.
As many have said… Why would I want to use an old (yet reliable) weapon that can barely change… Or try the new gun that I know little about???
The Hydra looks to “replace” my Plasma Launcher… I miss my Plasma Launcher );
I need to know how much it replaces, just the anti-infantry part, or all of its funness???
I’d like to play with the Hydra. Seems like a very interesting weapon however, I feel like it could still be a great weapon without the lock-on feature.

Neither, because I haven’t had a chance to use either and have no idea what either is currently capable of…
If I get to try them both in the Beta, that would be ideal.

I don’t like the type of weapon the Hydra is… multiple explosions and locking on, etc… just not what I like in a weapon.
I want it in the beta so we can say our critiques and have validity behind them.
