Yeah I’m having an issue getting the Req pack on my account I contacted Xbox Customer Support and they told me to contact you guys the have the req pack added to my account gamertag is ApP JaMeS 60H6
What happens when you try an purchase it from the Xbox store, does it give you an error?
No it’s an issue with the email connected to my gamertag. When I go to purchase it, I get redirected to @live webpage and prompted to get a security code from an alternate email that has been deactivated. There is no way for me to get it without you guys just adding it to my account and bypassing the Microsoft store all together.
So is there anything you guys can do or should I forget about getting this pack?
I am also having issues. It did not give me the HWC req pack either. I watched the entire finals even. What should I do to get the pack?

Ah ok, this is really something the Xbox Live would have to handle I believe, as it’s more to do with your account than anything else. The Forum Team can probably clarify though.

Sorry but you didn’t get the pack for just watching, there was a free purchase you had to make on the Xbox One store (either on your console or on Xbox.com). It was quite well publicised on the forums here, reddit, twitch chat itself and other social media. Sorry you missed it.
