[HW2] Making HW2 fun for casuals

I wanted to ask if and how it was considered to build regular gamemodes which are also more casual friendly.

Existing alternatives like blitz or strongholds break the core game too much to fill this gap, I strongly believe.
Always have I thought the majority of players who try to have fun and get better would appreciate some form of slower in-game speed (slower building, production and research times, maybe just a little slower unit movespeed/leader powers).
I think compared to HW1 back then this is my biggest complaint why I can’t enjoy the really thoughtful and solid made core of HW2.

What do you guys think, is this needed? I’m really hoping to get 343’s position here aswell.
