Hey guys, hoping to see if anyone had any luck in fixing a similar issue.
I was playing HW2 yesterday with some friends when I was disconnected from XBL mid-match due to some internet issues I’ve been having recently. I decided to hop off for the rest of the day, but when I got on today I instantly knew something was off and I’ll list them below.
-Campaign and Firefight tabs had exclamation marks next to them as if something new was there.
-In the campaign tab, all of my phoenix logs had exclamation marks.
-The Campaign and Co-op tab both had exclamation marks as if it was telling me to start the campaign which I have already beaten
-My Stats no longer show Serina as my favorite leader, it’s just a question mark right there now.
-My stats also show that I only have about 9 hours of playtime which is wrong.
-I’m sure there’s more, but I’m too annoyed to look around more.

Sorry for the late response on this one. Sometimes I’ll have stuff like that happen. It fixes itself for me. I’ve never had my account completely reset, but I have had the exclamation marks show up frequently, especially with Phoenix Logs.
Playtime has always been unreliable. Your favorite leader really depends on who you’ve been playing regularly in your last few matches, it can change pretty often.

A late response is better than none
My main issue stems from the idea that my in-game stats look like they were reset to a previous save state. I know this wouldn’t really be a big issue for many, but I have some super OCD when it comes to this stuff.
Before this bug hit me, my play-time was accurate, it showed the accurate favorite leader (now it’s just a question mark), and I believe my highest firefight wave was wiped from the leaderboard, but not too sure with this one.
I definitely understand that. I myself am a completionist, so when the game is suggesting I haven’t done something, it irks me lol. Unfortunately, there’s no fix that I know of. Sometimes I’ll sign in and everything will be as it should be, and sometimes it won’t be. Except playtime… I don’t even remember the last time my playtime was accurate.
I can’t give you advice that will fix it. Maybe they’ll do a patch some day and fix issues like these, but until then you’ll have to ignore playtime and Phoenix Log indicators.
More than 2 months out and I still haven’t heard a peep from support on this topic. Honestly amazed with how hard it is to find support. If you stumble upon this thread with the same issue, then I’m sorry, you won’t get any help. It’s evident that they really don’t care about this game.
