So, I finally got my Ultimate Edition on the mail and I redeemed the code on the store.
Halo Wars 1 appears available to download but not Halo Wars 2. The store says I own the Ultimate Edition but I just can’t find how to install it from the store.
From the store I went to manage my product and it says there that neither HW1 and HW2 work on this device.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Open the Store, click your profile picture and choose My Library. Click “Show all” on Games and you should see two options for Halo Wars 2. One is the console version which is unavailable and the other should be the PC version which should be available for download.
As for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition - you will get a code in 7-10 days sent to your Xbox Live account to download that.

It shouldn’t let you download the full game, just a placeholder file at least to my understanding.
