Im coming here from Microsoft Tech Support which tried their best to help me with this problem but to no avail. I had exhausted all their troubleshooting options. I have tried reinstalling, updating windows, uninstalling my graphics drivers and reinstalling them using DDU, resetting the window store, using powershell to uninstall the windows store and reinstall it. My last attempt involved me going through the event viewer and pinpointing the root of the problem with which the tech support guy told me that the game was having problems authenticating something and thats why it was crashing. We checked that everything that would allow the game to properly authenticate was working and it was. Lastly we tried starting it up through the Halo app and it didnt work either and thats what lead me here to the forum. I’ve been troubleshooting this for two days now please can someone help me to get this to work.
