Hey Guys,
Just been trying to download the new update, it came up saying 22GB, started downloading then came up saying “installation stopped” and it wouldn’t restart, so I had to cancel and restart it (yay I’ve got to redownload the whole game again) but it’s still giving me problems, as soon as I start the download it comes up saying “instataion stopped” I’ve deleted HW2 and tried to download it all again and I’m still getting the same message, but now it’s also saying “The item you are trying to use appears to be corrupt. Try uninstalling it then reinstalling”
No matter how many times I’ve tried I keep getting that message now! I’ve tried a hard reset of my Xbox as well but still no good, anyone having the same problem or have any advice?

Just hoping it gets sorted today as I’m off work so was going to get though the bulk of the campaign today!

Your game is corrupted. This also happend a lot with the past HW2 updates.
If power cycling and all the usual stuff doesn’t help there are only 2 solutions left:
install it on another HD or factory reset your xbox. Complete wipe.
Guess i got a factory restore. Cmon halo sort it out ffs.
Seriously? I’ve got to wipe my Xbox? It’s going to take so long to redownload everything!
I can confirm that factory resetting got past the 22 percent download error.
Yeah I reset it and now I’m at 73%
Contact Xbox support on Twitter or email. They helped me with the same situation on Skyrim Special Edition.
