I want to reach the General rank in HW1, but I’m not sure how close I am, or the best way to do it. So, a couple questions:
-How many ranks are in HW1?
-Is the battle score that brings you up in rank the ‘base score’ or the ‘total score?’
-What is the go-to leader to use when going for this?
-How does turtling work?

Here are the ranks:
1: No rank
2: Recruit
3: Lieutenant
4: Captain
5: Major
6: Commander
7: Colonel
8: Brigadier
9: General
Total Score is what ranks you up.
Use whichever leader you feel you are best with.
Turtling is an annoying strategy in which you play super defensively and nothing can penetrate your “Turtle Shell.” If you want more info, look it up on YouTube.

Play 3v3 alot and try to destroy as many units and buildings as possible while not losing that many and consistently winning
you need like 2,000,000 points to reach the general rank, i was one of the best in deathmatch 1v1, thats how i got it. Dominate the enemy player, destroy him over and over until he either quits or you reach max points (4000) with a max multiplier of 8.40.
