Please 343 could you make Husky Raid a weekend playlist? My friends and I would absolutely love to just smash out Husky Raid for a weekend like we used to back in Halo 4!

Again, it needs overhauls before it’s ready for MM in my eyes. I don’t see it happening in its current state. Lets all remind ourselves of why ground pound town was updated in action sack, as well as mongoose sumo. Same concept applies here.
Edit: If people start playing the objective instead of going for sick sniper clips or high sprees, then yeah, I could say “why not? Let’s ask 343i to add it” but at its current state, it’s not ready, because again, nobody plays the objective, thus defeating the purpose of it being a CTF game. Therefore, it shouldn’t be added without some massive overhaul, such as multiple paths (like in MCC), or a change in the gametype.

It doesn’t need any over haul or any changes. It plays exactly as it should. Also yeah it’s a matter of what players like. Clearly there are players who like it as is and want to play it.

I’d see myself recommending it for Matchmaking if people played the objective. Right now it’s always down to 0-0 draws, which if that’s what this playlist is going to be with the game at its current state, we might as well call it Husky Draw instead of Husky Raid.

You’re aware that Husky Raid is a hard game to win right? It’s not as cut and dry as you’re making it out to be, it’s a real down to earth social game where you spawn with whatever rng Jesus bestows upon you and go from there, depending on your weapon depends on your role. Obviously if I have a sniper I’m not charging up the hill to someone holding an incineration cannon! I don’t care how good you think you are. An incin cannon will always beat a sniper in that circumstance. You’re overthinking the game mode! It’s meant to be fast paced un scripted fun! For the record, I looked up your Warzone record. I specifically asked you your thoughts on farming to see how you’d respond, and you ignored that point.

Yes, but they want to cut down on playlists. Husky Raid is already in a playlist and can also easily be found in customs. Replacing another playlist with something already in the game would be counterproductive for what 343 is currently trying to do to the playlists in the game.

It’s for a weekend? If 343 want a bigger community in Halo 5 they need something that’s going to draw in a lot of people. Husky Raid was the -Yoink- back in H4, since it was always voted on! Sometimes some nostalgia is a good thing.

One weekend playlist isn’t going to help the longevity of the game. The best way to increase player counts in playlists is to remove duplicates. That would just be a partial duplicate of Action Sack like how Team Skirmish was for Team Arena and HCS.

So remove TA, not TS? I’m not understanding that. Nobody plays Action Sack for the game modes that are in it. In fact I’d happily see Action Sack redone and have it replaced with Husky Raid, Rift Ball, Diminishing Kings, Mantis Breakout and Blocks. I go to join any of the other games and watch 30 or so emblems appear see the game mode and leave for anything else. That or they just leave when the game starts.
