Why are people are content with just sniping from spawn the whole match? I know it’s a social game mode but I have literally died with the flag right in front of a team mate at the home capture point and they wont even pick it up to capture it.
Yeah Husky Raid is basically “Team Snipers CTF” at times, especially if you’re unfortunate enough to have the enemy team spawn with two or even three snipers. There’s nothing much that can be done about it though, this late in the game’s lifespan. Besides, if they lowered the weighting on snipers we’d just have that much more AdVic’s, White Scars, EX’s, and Primes locking down the spawns instead 
Probably because it gives them the best field of view on some maps, they have more cover and it’s less likely that they’ll get killed. I don’t really agree with it all the time since it really only helps during specific instances.
Every gametype is slayer to certain people
I realised when playing some matches with my SC, that it is really easy to grind kills on there, we would usually try and make sure the other person did not get the flag, neither did we so wit would add another 2 minutes, too get like 20 kills every match each, it’s insane

Eh, the enemy team does not work together with us, we just prevent them from getting our flag.

Are you playing to win the game or playing to boost kills in an objective gametype? Like do you even bother trying to capture flags? Just curious

Thought you meant boosting like working with the enemy team. We play the objective just at the last second so we can get as much kills as we can. We play rhat gamemode mostly to grind, but we still have fun while doing that. We play other gamemode to actually play, that’s just farming or practice or warmups

I’m content with it because have fun hitting crazy shots from the back of my base earning medals higher than overkills and killing frenzies. I’d rather do that than push their base only to get hit by rockets.

You realize that leaves your teammates doing all the dirty work, right? Without a push, those rockets are gonna get directed to spawn.
Having at least one good sniper on a team is key to winning husky raid. Providing good cover for the players rushing/returning the flag is an important roll.

What dirty work? While the whole enemy team is dead my teammates can run the flag without opposition.
I really like sniping in Husky Raid because I like sniping in general lol. It’s nice to rack up the kills, but I’m also usually staying out in the open so I’ll die a lot anyways. I’ll be first to rush whenever I get something else. I once got an extermination with a sentinel beam, which was quite epic However, I agree that the sniper is sometimes OP on straight maps (and don’t get me started on the Nornfang…)

People who play this game mode that way shouldn’t be allowed to play this game mode because they risk nothing for their team while they’re trying to win. All sniper rifles, Mythic weapons and incineration Cannon should be removed from this game mode so the players who actually want to play this game mode the way it was meant to be played can.
I would just say if they are unwilling to take action to play the game to win as intended such as not taking the flag at all, just report them for griefing and hope you don’t get paired with them again
Well now all of you folks can quit complaining now about sniping, spawning or anything else now because the brain trusts at 343 has taken the game mode down. What is wrong with you guys at 343? That was one of the most played and liked since H5 came out. Please bring it back!!!
