DONT…bounce around with a sniper rifle trying to get lucky shots and get in the way of someone who is sniping properly (be aware of who is behind you) DONT stand in the middle of the chaos trying desperately to pick up your favourite weapon (its a sure way to get blasted) DONT forget the objective is to get the flag, not to stand back and get multi kills (support the flag grabber and protect the carrier, even if it means certain death) DONT reach the other teams base and spawn kill if you are on your own (it might be fun but you have just wasted a perfect opportunity to grab the flag) DONT crouch (hahahaha) DONT come out of hiding and grab the flag or rush to get a kill when it says game over (they dont count)
DO laugh out loud to see bodies flying in the air with a blast from a Halo 2 Beam Rifle Delta DO run in guns blazing when you see your team mate with a Tartarus Gavel so you can grab the flag DO attack as a group or in twos (running in on your own with a sword doesn’t work, its not slayer) DO kill the guy with The Answer (its a game changer) DO move quickly out of the way when the game starts (standing there like a Muppet looking what guns you have gets you a Incineration Cannon blast in the face)

If a teammate is successfully racking up the multikills, they are providing their teammates support by making sure they opposing team cannot kill them. That is especially true if one of them has the flag.

Not 100 percent true, i sort of meant the player who is totally focused on multikills and is totally unaware of whats going on around him, i have seen players sniping and hiding even while enemy in base grabbing the flag

This, it drives me absolutely bonkers when someone from the enemy team jumps into our spawn with a Pool of Radiance or The Answer and mow us down as we watch their team take our flag while we can’t do anything.

Yes but that’s actually strategic, holding off the other team for your teammates. OP was referring to someone spawn killing while all their teammates either stay back sniping or try and join in on the spawn killing instead of seizing the opportunity to cap.

Don’t all hang back defending your flag.
Attack and push for the flag. If you have a good sniper, they can stay behind and make sure no one comes close to the flag.
It is not a good sign if the opposing team takes up position by your doorstep.
