Yes. People act like 343 did nothing, but this is a huge fix.
I feel so happy to know that now I can take the Mantis, and the betraying 7 year old noobs will be crying themselves to sleep as a result of fair gameplay.
Bummer. I’m going to miss the days of PPing the dude in the Mantis just because he walked past me and ruined my shot, or sticking a friendly Ghost without negative repercussions after it betrayed me accidentally.
That’s awesome. I don’t grab vehicles much anymore but it will be funny to laugh at some 12 year old trying to EMP/Sticky me because I’m using “his” vehicle.
Got to the ghost on Complex first and this scrub starts plasma nading me while we were surrounded by 2 or 3 enemies completely ignoring them. Needless to say he accidentally got splattered during the firefight.
> well that’s one side of the story…
>
> how would you feel if someone in a ghost keeps splattering you and you can’t do anything back? those kind of betrayers are now just unstoppable…
This.
There is always the boot option tho but other than that they can betray you to their heart’s desire.
yep, the boot option (if it comes up, it dosent always)is what I use for the ones that always run you over, but then at the end of the game, I report them and also avoid them and if enough people do this maybe those idiots will just have themselves to play with or other like minded idiots that everyone else has shunned.
I enjoyed blasting our teammates Hog with the Gauss Canon last night cause I knew it wouldn’t damage them. Now if only there was a way to stop jerk teammates from intentionally running in front of your Hog numerous times till they get the option to boot you.
It is funny that now, these monkeys will merely waste some grenades
Heck, whenever some one stuck me, I asked them point blank “Do you want this vehicle? Because I will gladly give it to ya if you feel that strongly about it!”
