GETTING IN CHARACTER
We know that you’re a huge Halo fan- and we love it! For this part, though, you’ll need to put yourself in the mindset of an ordinary UEG citizen. That means you’re as in the dark as Ben is about the truth behind the Master Chief and his origins.
THE PART YOU’LL PLAY
There are three character types that these messages will roughly fit into:
1- People who support Ben in his hunt
They also have questions about the Master Chief, ONI, and what the government is trying to hide. Don’t forget, though, that because these people live in the Halo universe, they’ve never played a Halo game or read a Halo book; so they can really only be curious and guess what Ben has mentioned.
2- People who LOVE the Master Chief and don’t aprreciate Ben poking around
The Halo universe can be a scary place- and the MC has been the only thing keeping us safe on more than one occasion. Fear can be a powerful motivator. It can make us blind to the truth; to curiously. These people don’t appreciate Ben poking around and angrily perceive his inquiries as disrespectful. The MC is a hero and it doesn’t matter where he came from.
3- People reveling in the anarchy
Whether it’s because they don’t trust the government, they’re fatalistic, or they think Ben and his investigation is a joke- these people aren’t impressed by Ben or curious about the Chief. They are interested, however, in pushing Ben’s buttons and yanking his crank. They leave pranks, taunts, and mocking messages.

Reach has people of Hungarian decent so language shouldn’t be to much of a problem
Well I just finished up 3 audio reels for this and submitted them. Couldn’t think what to do, so I did a 20 sec clip for each choice. Didn’t see any mention of multiple submission and it can’t hurt to increase my chances. I have quite a broad Scottish accent, so hopefully that can play in my favor and land me a spot
I made sure to include a transcript just in case they couldn’t understand a word I said hahaha
I feel like 1 would be hard to pull off well. Feels like it requires a little more thought compared to random MC praise, or pretty much just spewing generic anti-government stuff.
Sadly I’m too awkward to comfortably do any of them, lol.

I blacked out the video from my camera so there was just audio. 20 second audio will only take a few minutes to record after a few takes, most of your time will be spent writing up something to say.
I experimented with writing some things down and the altering the placement of the sentances until I was happy with how it sounded. Plenty of time left to get something sent in

I did mine through soundcloud would that be ok do you think?
I already host a podcast for another game that I got the CEO of the company on for an interview, people routinely say I sound like “Solid Snake” from Metal Gear, I am also told I have a speech profile akin to a News Anchor or Radio Host.
I must have this opportunity to be on the hunt for truth! =D
Problems I have is that I’m trying to play the part of a UNSC soldier who fought against Insurrectionist who sides with the chief. But then I keep bringing up stuff that happened to me In iraq and I have to stop and start all over lol

Me, I’m trying to do it on youtube and at the same time I’m fooling around on a warthog or pelican on the halo mod for arma 3 lol. so the video is a pelican doing barrel rolls and stuff
