I thought it was a map of a constellation of stars, something Forerunner or something completely new. Then today I was watching some of the ONI shorts of and noticed this.
Volumetric Scan, the scan of her face seems to resemble that type of scan shown in that short which leads me to think that this background image is a physical object/s or person/s of great importance.
chief and locke/cortana face? BTW those thins happening to peple in the first woman could it be the strange anomalies?

Interesting thought.
The first link you posted, of the background of the HUNTtheTRUTH website, isn’t the shape of a person’s face and doesn’t seem to be much of anything.
Compared to the ONI Volumetric Scan shape, the Hunt the Truth is very different.
I seriously think it’s just a cool design they wanted to do, nothing more.
Good idea for sure though! Keep the theories coming!
