I pre-ordered halo 5 limited edition through Gamestop but I didn’t realize until now that the Hunter armor comes with that. I have been trying to get that armor for some time now and just realized that I should already have it. I know this seems petty but I don’t know how else to get my hands on it. Will there be any way of getting it in the future?
Update 06/20/2106:
I talked to GameStop and they emailed me a copy of my old receipt, however it no longer has the codes on it for the armor. They told me the codes would not be on the re-printed receipts and that I would have to go to Xbox to get the codes repopulated. I then called Xbox customer support and said that even though they see the game and the information, they don’t have the power to repopulate the codes because they claim that they are only third party. They then referred me back to this website. I hope I get some sort of response, even if it’s just someone saying give up at this point.
Final update 06/20/2016:
I’m simply posting this in case there’s another late bloomer out there who hasn’t gotten their promotion stuff yet. I went back to my bank statements in June and hunted down the final payment for my Halo game. Then I called the document control part of GameStop and told them exactly when I made my final payment. He then gave me the code I have been hunting down this whole time.
