I entered a code for the Hunter REQ Pack DLC a few days ago, redeemed with no issues and downloaded.
However, when I load up the game the REQ Pack does not appear nor is it listed on Waypoint.
The Hunter REQ Pack is still on my Download List but no matter how many times I re-download the DLC, the content does not appear in game.
After going through the forum here it seems I am not alone in having this issue but I cannot find any solution given by 343 (or anyone for that matter).
Some clarification on why this (and other DLC) is not working as advertised would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked to see if the armor was automatically sent to your collection? Have you tried clearing your console’s cache?
The Hunter Armor and other items have not appeared as unopened REQ Packs, nor are they listed in the Customization or Loadouts sections as usable items.
Clearing the cache, resetting the modem, etc does nothing.
According to many other posts here this is not an uncommon occurrence at the moment for DLC and appears to be an issue on 343’s side.
Finished talking to Microsoft customer support. They confirmed the DLC had been redeemed by my account but were unable to correct the issue of the content not showing up in-game or through Waypoint and instead pointed me back here.
Problem still not resolved. Or even acknowledged.
