Is the Hunter and Athlon Champion armor sets currently unobtainable via gold packs? Besides the Achilles helmet, those are the only two armor sets I need to complete the collection.
You can get hunter from gold packs though I’m unsure about the Athlon champion.

I just finished gold packs on Wednesday. I definitely got the Hunter helmet in one of my final packs. The armor came a bit before.
I’m pretty sure you can get the athlon champion armor if you reach the rank of champion in arena.

I’m pretty sure the only unobtainable armours are the Athlon Challenger, Achilles and maybe the HCS armour, but I dunno.
Rest can be got through gold packs, including stuff like helioskrill. I think its just weird sometimes and likes to keep one set till last for some reason. I remember fotus synchronise was pretty much my last gold pack for some reason even though it was only legendary whilst the rest was mythic.
Can confirm champion is unobtainable through req packs, it’s the only armour i need, and achilles + champion is the only helmets i need

Ok thank you. I had a code from GameStop but my receipt sat in the game case to long and is now ineligible. I was hoping I still had the possibility of getting it through gold packs.

Haha, I’m lucky if I rank in the upper half of the platinum category. I could probably rank champion in deaths per game! 
Original Helioskrill and Fotus are unique unlocks as well. I believe Helioskrill is unlocked by beating all MCC campaigns on legendary (it is currently bugged and 343 has released variants into the req store) and the original Fotus was for Beta participation (there are also variants in the req store). Athlon and Champion were promotional armors for HCWS.

The hunter armor is obtainable through gold packs. Check before you go around spreading false facts.

Definitely not, athlon champion came from the first 80k req pack which included the armor, the ar and pistol skin, and an emblem all for the hcs you cannot get it from gold packs or being in Champions league

Well I know for a certainty that hunter is available through normal reqs, while challenger is not.

See that’s where you’re wrong. Because I have hunter. And I got it through the gold packs. and I have everything unlocked in the game right now so…
