ONI is giving Giraud a list of people to interview, but all these people are fakes. John’s supposed teacher/boxing-instructor and the woman who supposedly helped free John from captivity are both lying. ONI is trying to cover-up the fact that John was abducted when he was six and replaced with a clone. ONI wants people to think that John signed into the UNSC and the Spartan-II program willingly. Only Ellie and Katrina are telling the truth so far, and this is because Giraud found them through his own research, not ONI.

Yeah, I noticed this as well. Her name is Jennifer Hale. She does voice-over for many video game and anime characters like female Commander Shepard from Mass Effect and the female lead character in an anime called Black Lagoon.

I think if the voice actor can’t really change their voice very well they shouldn’t be playing two characters in a series. Especially since everyone hates Palmer

agreed. They are gonna pump out more interviewees and make some forged documents guaranteed. I hope Giraud runs in Halsey (hard to believe that will happen) somehow or maybe Naomi.

No she definitely sounded like Palmer I mean the voice actor barely even tried to sound different…
