I took a hard glance at it and to me, it appears as though it could be directly from a campaign mission I.E;

Locke (or chief) walking through a bit of barren city or smashed city and alleys and these posters are plastered all over the place.

extra bit of fun would be as locke (achievment) “Find all traitor posters on (insert level)” xD

I think it might be from a UNSC ship but either way, serious hatred for the Chief

You aren’t the only one. I have heard Cobie’s voice to be able to recognize it easily. Especially when she screams in Episode 6

Here is the picture in question. To me personally, it looks more like a real life picture, and not from the campaign, but that doesn’t mean we may not see it in the campaign.
