It’s a “what if” scenario. What would happen IF that ever happened?
They would both probably become outcasts since I doubt either humans or Elites would approve of such a relationship.
Well there was that one elite who had a crush on Palmer, but other then that there are no obvious pairings.

No one knows. They made an audio log about it in campaign but thats about it.

Like everyone else has said, it probably would be pretty taboo. And as discussed in several cursed and since locked threads on Waypoint, I don’t think human and sangheili reproductive organs are compatible.

honestly, I didn’t think they had reproductive organs. It doesn’t look like it, at least.

When he’s being dragged, you can clearly see he has no noodle. Sangheli females lay eggs, they don’t sexually reproduce. I’m not talking about the sexual part of things with a human-sangheli relationship, I’m talking about the hardship. What would they go through together? How would they cope with being outcasts from both societies, or even keep it secret?
They’d be biologically incompatible so it wouldn’t happen. As for the joke elite in Halo 5 I suspect it’s non-canon.
Elites and Humans! Love the concept and I really enjoyed seeing the elites and marines around each other in Halo 5.
