Ideally, make custom Rebel models and/or simply use a variety of UNSC marines and ODSTs and Spartans.

This would be fun for Reach to have role reversed playing -as-elite firefight.
It would also honestly just be fun to be able to play as an elite on red team, or even as a Spartan on blue team for whatever reason may be, like just as a toggle, no team based races.
