Huge weird frame drop as of recent updates

I’ve noticed this lately, maybe since november but it’s definitely happened a bit recently. This weird thing happens where everything freezes, it freezes for like 3 full seconds!! has anyone else noticed this?

I think the freezes is for the load the part of the map
In what game the problem persist?
