DYING!!
Ok so far, there has been a huge decline in MM, but that huge decline started on the 13th, not Friday the 13th, “CoD the 13th”, and the population has been pretty consistent after and before this release.
Not to mention Halo 4 tells you how many players are currently in Matchmaking(NOT how many people has played that very day.), Halo 3 told you it’s UUs(Unique Users) within a day, and it was NOT for matchmaking, it was for everything, and Halo 3’s counter was broken for the most part, that’s why Halo 3 had ridicousily high population numbers. Halo: Reach told you how many total players that are currently online, and it DOES NOT COUNT JUST MATCHMAKING, it counts everything just like Halo 3, except Reach is NOT based on UUs, it’s based on how many players are currently online. Halo 4 counts the players currently, CURRENTLY only playing WAR GAMES: MATCHMAKING, and it’s population HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH UUs(Unique Users).
Each Halo game counts population in different ways, that’s why the numbers were so vastly different.
Halo 4 has to compete with alot more games than any other Halo game.
Halo 4 is not dying, it’s probably having the healthiest population in a Halo game yet. (and it also seems like the total Matchmaking population in Halo 4 shows different numbers according to time zones.)
