Since yesterday evening MM is taking forever to find a matches and once I do get into a match at some random point in the match it says everyone else quits and game over. I started getting messages saying I’m quitting too many matches and I have been suspended from matchmaking four times since yesterday evening. I stopped playing for fear of being permanently suspended. I have no problems with any other online game but Reach. Can anybody help or any similar problems out there?

This happened to me once, and I believe it was due to XBL maintenance… Only lasted 1 day.
I thought it was my Internet Provider, however it was definitely an issue with XBL.
This was happening to me on the 31st of march. I think it had to do with 343 taking over for Bungie.
I knew it wasn’t my ISP i have no problems with other games. I was seriously getting frustrated. I am life long Halo player and I was about ready to call it quits. I have never had any problems like this before but thanks for the info guys hopefully it clears up quick.
I had problems on the 31st as well. It would find matches, but would just restart the search repeatedly. Last night was laggy as well. 343 said that transitions, free Recon, and Fileshare expansions will happen in “waves”. You (and me) must have been active in a wave.

These waves won’t cause lag to any one, as for the lag past March 31st, it was your end, I have had to problems for a while.

Well it did say my NAT and bandwidth was moderate… lolBrightHouse.
i still have open NAT and absolutely no network problems.

I’m getting the quit banning message too although the system is ending matches early or at least my match. I don’t quit even when it’s 8 on 2 or something rediculous.
That is exactly what is going on. It’s nice to see I’m not crazy. It’s been a little better today only about half getting stopped early.
Yes, and since the switch it is taking a LONG time to get matches, and then over half the time on Big Team, it drops everyone and restarts the search. Must be the new servers . . .
