HUGE flaw in Halo 4... Oceanic Armour

So it has come to my attention that the Oceanic Armor is fake.

After acquiring the Oceanic armor and equipping it, I decided to go for a swim…

Well I’m sure you can guess how that went…

So my question to 343i is why put in Oceanic Armor if it doesn’t even function properly???

After extensive testing I can confirm that the OP is indeed correct.

Oh it does make you swim. Maybe your spartan is just overweight?

Why do you type like this???

The more ???s I put in the more important the question it becomes.

I just balled my hands into fists and punched myself in both eyes.

The armor allows your Spartan to survive under water. It said nothing about swimming. Or getting back out.

Because it looks badass on land instead of water.

*Snicker.
If you have the circuit skin from walmart, maybe that’s why it sinks. Walmart stuff always falls apart.
Otherwise, I think you’re overweight and simply pulling the armor down.

Because it has that strange diver helmet?

This thread is awesome. Came in here looking for some hit box issues having to do with the helmet only to find out a good joke. OP’s thread Thanked.

I’m still trying to figure out why the Air Assault helmet doesn’t help me get airsassinations…

OP’s gotta point. Wish 343 added an underwater environment Forge Map. The armor would fit that criteria.

Unfortunately, unauthorized replacement of vanity visors can cause sudden and explosive compression of the the Oceanic Spartan Armor when exposed to water elements. This is due to ill-fitting visors sourced from foreign markets.

This is regrettable and unavoidable.

Maybe this will cheer you up op.

Go ahead, download it. It’s really awesome!

At least the helmet would help you survive in Rapture, right?

Isn’t there a glitch in Forge Island that allows you to get a teleporter or something passed the water’s kill zone and let you work there?

Forge Island has an underwater building space.
